The Alariss Global Fellowship is a paid position, granting access to excellent mentorship, an international support network, and valuable job experience abroad. Fellows will meet, work, live with and learn from the people of the host country, sharing daily experiences. Annual stipends range from $42,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on the role and your experience.

The Experience
Alariss Global Fellows will be evaluated holistically and will be matched in an appropriate role according to their background. Our Clients, which include some of the largest investment and education technology firms, are seeking top U.S.-educated talent to advance their global-minded outlook. Talents are needed in the spheres of Finance, Strategy, Computer Science, and Education (including STEM subjects, humanities, language arts, and more). The most important factor for success is a passion for global experience and cultural adaptability.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with placements beginning from July to September 2019.
Benefits:
Annual stipend range: $42,000 to $150,000 USD, depending on the role and location;
Accommodation, flights (except in rare cases. If not provided, Fellows will be allocated a larger salary);
Work visa provided;
Ability to learn a local language.
Selection is made on the basis of:
Academic or professional record, including skills in Finance, Strategy, Computer Science, or Education;
Passion for cultural exchange and international experience;
Bachelor’s degree by June 2019 or earlier (required);
Extent to which the Fellow will help to advance Alariss’ aim of promoting mutual understanding among nations.
